A woman wrote me, wondering what those intriguing '10 other items' would be...

Here is my answer to her:

Well, I presume I can give you a very brief overview of what I mean by that. So, just for the sake of clarity, hereafter some extra words. As you probably read on my site, I enjoyed a very variable, intense, interesting course of life (and still going on!!) and these are the fields I consider(ed) myself to be an expert in:

* Public-Address, high power loudspeaker cabinet developing and building: I reduced the needed audio equipment for say a sound pressure of 96dbA with 60%, meaning if I would need a van with 10 tons of audio equipment, a competitor would need 25 tons to get to the same acoustical result.

* Negative Air Ionisation: in the search for high efficient air cleaning capacity (to solve early Belgian heavy smoking habits in restaurants and pubs), I developed a new, very efficient dual-polarity and pulsating ionising system (as well with a soficticated, yet extremely simple visual indicator). The result was a markedly reduction of black soot deposition on nearby walls - the major setback for all ionising treatment - coupled with a very good air cleaning capacity.

* HVAC: same story as with the Public-Address above, dehumidifying and drying very large enclosed area's with 50% less equipment or even lower (this caused my 'wealth' years). For super large conditioning area's even getting to only 10% needed material (in one extreme case).

* Hypnotherapy: I combined Ericsonian hypnotherapy (trance) with 'Psycho-Drama' dynamic group therapy. This results in a much lower needed number of sessions to heal a certain trauma or combination of trauma's. A typical client stays only 6 months in therapy.

* Biofeedback: I developed the use of the psycheletic visual strobe, combined with music, into a completely new tool as an aid in psychotherapy with clients and in self-induced trance and higher states of awareness.

* Sensory perception: I did a whole range of research into the working of our visual field, visual cortex and way of processing the image in the brain. Just in short: our brain works with an 8 Hz 'sweep' where all visual input is processed as 'still images', in a sequence of 8 images per second (this has nothing to do with Alpha or Theta brain waves). I hope to ever write about it....

* Archetypes: new research into the working and interactions of the male - and specially the female archetypes - together with my Dutch friend Marcel Dekker, hopefully resulting in some literature in some time.

* This life cycles matrix stuff, unveiling the inner working of fate, dharma, repetitive cycles... delving into fields usually only handled by Buddhist esoterics or Rupert Sheldrake's morphogenetic fields. Most interesting research and still going on in full.

Ha, ha, I see that I get only to eight... typical for a man to exaggerate.... so I'll have to adapt my text! I hope the above is not too overwhelming or proof of a still partly hidden compensation for a negative self image ...
