No, it will not stop!...
...Because problems are a natural part of life. Just as rain is the antipole of sunshine, so are problems the antipole of happiness, luck and health.
No matter how feverishly you try to eliminate all the problems in your life, you will never get rid of them completely! Disappointed about this fact? I can understand. Because the Cosmos has an inner twist, there is a very peculiar natural (and hidden) law at work in our life. A lot of items that you try to get out of the way, as you dislike them utmost, tend to come back like a yo-yo or a ball with an elastic.
A very simple example: suppose that you heard on the radio the weather forecast for tomorrow: 'regularly cold fronts cross our county with great probability of rain-showers'. So, you go out and take an umbrella with you, just to be prepared. But for the sake of making something clear, just think about a few stupid, busy guy's that didn't hear this forecast.

They go out for their jogging, a little careless, still in sunshine but with some gusty wind. When arriving at the intended spot, they encounter a shower in the middle of a nice stroll in the woods. One guy complains about getting wet, his nice tennis shoes are soaked, his hair is a tragedy, his pants wet and his attitude frozen
He complains about all these negative situations that happen to pop up in his life 'Look how these water drops roll into my neck, how unpleasant this whole situation is ' The other guy is silent and just listens to the complainer.
Now, does his anger change anything to the situation? NO. It makes it even worse. By complaining about something, you feel it more intense, more real and in an increased negative attitude. The only thing that helps is: getting inside a house, sharing an umbrella with a cautious stroller, having an extra raincoat in your pocket BUT DOING SOMETHING ABOUT IT.
In this stupid example, everybody will recognise the wrong action of the uninformed, careless person and see easily what should have been done. BUT, this is the case with every problem. The moment you start complaining about something STOP IMMEDIATELY. You are probably in the same situation as the guy in the forecasted rain-shower. Complaining does not help at all. Complaining is a symptom that you omitted something, that your time integration can be done better.
Action or letting go is the only answer. Every time you lay the reason for a certain problem with a situation outside your person, you are making a mistake. The real source of the negative circumstances is your attitude towards this 'problem' and your previous decisions or omissions concerning these matters. You could have had a sort of forecast about the weather problem, you could reason in a prudent manner, you could simply deduct the 'problem' by the colour of the arriving clouds and the increasing wind and make sure you get inside a house when the shower will soak you.
Our whole ego consciousness is trained to look for the reason for our unhappiness outside our self. Once found, it fights it feverishly. This habit is so ingrained that it's often totally misunderstood The complaining and being the victim of a 'problem' is an obvious signal that you have to change something to make sure that the future will go easier for you .
Do you feel activated, annoyed and have some resentment about the above? Sorry, maybe this text is really something to consider seriously for some time.
Can you smile with it? Great, you are on the right track!
Keep smiling!
